Retrofit of surface temperature control in occupied building stock. There is a need for action in the implementation of energy efficiency requirements. Our EFT (energy-efficient surface temperature control) elements with parallel flow according to the Tichelmann principle offer a more even temperature distribution than conventional systems. As a result, they enable lower flow temperatures and thus reduce the temperature stroke to be performed in favor of a better annual performance factor of the heat pump. In addition, they are also suitable for cooling and thus create an optimal indoor climate and thermal comfort in winter and summer.
Up to now, the installation of surface tempering systems has required either plastering or drywall work with filling and painting, which practically requires vacant space. In combination with stretch ceilings, retrofitting to surface tempering is much faster and can be done with minimal restrictions for the occupant.
