The new production plant (opening 2021) enables the production of hemp stones in an industrial, highly automated environment. This allows production within tight product tolerances, preservation of technical values, high production efficiency and minimal energy consumption.
Only natural raw materials are used in production (from local suppliers), hand hurds, lime, water, which allow to bind 75 kg CO2/m³ of material. All production waste is reintroduced into the manufacturing process, a completely closed material cycle.
